Event Tickets

Tickets to all of our events are available for purchase online, by phone, in person, or by mail.


ONLINE:

  • To purchase tickets online, please visit our online ticketing service, EventBrite.
  • You must provide a valid credit card.  Please note: processing charges apply ($0.99 plus 5% of the ticket price).   For example, if the ticket is $20, your total credit card charge will be $20 + $0.99 + $1 =$21.99 per ticket.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.

PHONE:

  • To purchase tickets by phone, please call 860.249.1207 during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm) and someone will process that order for you. If your call is placed after business hours, a message can be left at extension 107 and you will receive a call back when we return to the office.  If you are calling the day of a performance and our office is closed, we recommend purchasing your tickets online or at the door.

IN PERSON:

  • To purchase tickets in person, please visit our office Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm or you may purchase tickets at the event, 30 mins before the show begins (unless sold out).
  • We accept cash or check (made payable to Charter Oak Cultural Center). Note: no processing charges apply for customers paying with cash or check.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.


BY MAIL:

  • To purchase tickets by mail, please send a check (made payable to “Charter Oak Cultural Center”) to Charter Oak Cultural Center, 21 Charter Oak Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106.
  • Please include a note which includes the following information: name of the event, day, time, how many tickets, your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Note: no processing charges apply for customers paying by check.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Ticket reservations are held by last name or company name and can be claimed at the ticket desk before the show.  We do not send printed tickets (although our online ticketing service provides confirmations that you may bring if you’d like, although it is not necessary).

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. All seating is first come, first serve.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend an event, we will provide a refund if cancellation is received within 24 hours of the event.
