Indie Night @ the Oak brings together local and touring musicians at the Charter Oak Cultural Center every month. In addition to live music, poets, playwrights and various other artists will be showcased. All proceeds go directly to the musicians and if you bring a canned veggie donation, we’ll knock a dollar off the admission price. No one turned away for lack of funds.The Charter Oak Cultural Center is continuing their tradition of top shelf indie rock shows now in a slightly cozier setting. Indie Night @ the Oak brings together local and touring musicians at the Charter Oak Cultural Center every month. In addition to live music, poets, playwrights and various other artists are showcased. For the past year, the Oak has been hosting Indie Nights in the Gallery below the sanctuary roughly once per month. The new venue is accessed by the red side door, giving it a decidedly underground feel.
